ACCOMMODATION
Campsite pitch
Our pitches are designed to accommodate your tent or caravan. The cost of your stay is
calculated on the basis of a fl at fee (for 2 people) which includes the pitch, accommodation for
two people, installation of a caravan/tent, one vehicle and access to campsite facilities, activities
and bathroom and toilet facilities. Additional charges (for additional persons, whether adults
or children, electrical hook-up, etc…) will be added to this fl at fee.
CHILDREN UNDER TWO YEARS OLD STAY FREE
Rented accommodation
Rented accommodation is available from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am. Accommodation
and equipment must be cleaned before your departure. If your accommodation requires
additional cleaning at the end of your stay, a fl at fee of 31€ euros will be charged. Sheets are not
supplied. Our prices include: accommodation for the number of persons specifi ed, water, gas,
electricity, one vehicle and access to campsite facilities, activities and bathroom and toilets.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
All additional persons occupying a pitch or rented accommodation will be subject to
additional charges. Moreover, whatever the type of services booked, campsite pitch or rented
accommodation, additional fees can be charged for: an additional vehicle, pets, visitors and
their vehicles, etc.
Our prices do not include tourism taxes.

MEANS OF PAYMENT
Once we have received your booking, deposit and administration fee, you will receive
confi rmation of your stay. If we cannot satisfy your request, we will return your deposit.
The balance of your stay must be paid according to the following terms:
• Rented accommodation: at least 30 days before your arrival.
• Pitches: upon arrival at the campsite.

LATE ARRIVALS - EARLY DEPARTURES
In case of late arrival or departure before the date specifi ed on your booking form, refunds will
be made only when you have provided justifi cation.

FAILURE TO ARRIVE AT THE CAMPSITE
In the absence of any indications from you 48 hours after your scheduled arrival, your pitch or
rented accommodation will no longer be reserved (see cancellation).

SECURITY DEPOSIT
For rented accommodation a security deposit of 153 Ð is required upon arrival. The security
deposit covers breakages and damage to your accommodation. It will be returned to you at the
end of your stay after any necessary deduction of the costs of repairs.

INSURANCE
Campers are covered by the campsite operator’s legal liability insurance for any damages to
persons or property for which we can legally be held responsible. We cannot be held responsible
for theft of, or damage to, tents, caravans or their contents. It is the responsibility of campers
to present, upon arrival at the campsite, proof of a valid insurance policy covering their
caravan or tent and/or their equipment, and guaranteeing their legal liability. If campers are
not insured, we will be obliged to ask campers to take out insurance coverage. We decline all
responsibility for theft and damage to personal belongings that have not been deposited at our
offi ce for safekeeping. We also remind you that our car parks are not guarded and that visitors
use them at their own risk.

PETS
Pets are accepted at our campsite. We require cats and dogs to be kept on a lead inside the
campsite grounds. You must present vaccination records for your pet(s) upon arrival. Rabies
vaccinations are mandatory. Additional charges will be applied for all our “animal friends”.
